Dr. Peter Caldwell and Prof. Gerhard Steenkamp, have just completed an intense two days doing veterinary checks and dental work on the rescued lions and tigers at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary.
Today, Sasha Tiger and Rey Cusco followed Sun, Moon, Rey Ayacucho, BenTzur and Ori for a visit to the dentist. Dr Caldwell also made visual checks on the 33 big cats at the sanctuary rescued from circuses and the illegal wildlife trade around the world.

All the patients from today and yesterday are fully recovered and have been sunning themselves on a glorious, sunny, South African spring day.
