ADI Art Auction Fundraiser to support the Kuwait 6

An amazing opportunity to own – or give as a gift – a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork donated by ADI supporters and to raise funds for the lifetime care of the Kuwait 6.

The Kuwait 6 lions were purchased as status symbols and kept illegally as pets until they became too much to handle. They were then dumped by their owners on the streets of Kuwait City or the surrounding desert, abandoned and left to die. Thankfully they were recaptured and looked after at Kuwait Zoo, before coming home to the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary, South Africa.

Since their arrival at the Sanctuary, just a few weeks ago, we have seen Aziza, Dhubiya, Muheeb, Saham, Saif, and Shujaa blossom, growing in confidence with each day and relishing the most space they have ever known, and opportunity to play, and play.

These young lions have their whole lives ahead of them, which could be as long as 20 years. The ADI Wildlife Sanctuary will provide the care they need for life, but we need your help.

Will you help us care for Aziza, Dhubiya, Muheeb, Saham, Saif, and Shujaa, who have experienced a terrible start in life but now have their whole lives ahead of them?

Starting today, and for the next week, our Animal Art Auction features a total of 12 gorgeous, donated pieces. We hope you will place a bid!

ALL funds raised from the special week-long auction will support the lifetime care of the Kuwait 6 lions.
