It’s hard to believe that a month has already passed since BenTzur and Ori arrived at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary in South Africa.

Confiscated by Israel’s Nature & Parks Authority after being illegally kept as pets, the brothers spent more than a year waiting for a safe place to call home. Now, they are finally where they belong.

All the lions love these platform dens where they can sit on top and watch everything going on around them and if they fancy sitting in the shade they can slip into the den underneath.

BenTzur and Ori have five of these platform dens in their habitat (plus A-frames, trees and shrubs), they haven’t picked a favorite yet. Here BenTzur is on the steps with Ori below.
