Scarc and Mahla’s Halloween fun

Scarc and Mahla wasted no time getting into the Halloween spirit at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary.

Scarc, first, eagerly sank his teeth into a festive pumpkin, while Mahla pounced on her spooky catnip sack — a purr-fect treat for the occasion!

These playful siblings were rescued as cubs during ADI’s Operation Spirit of Freedom in Peru. At first, they were cruelly separated from their mother, Kiara — but thankfully, the family was reunited! Now, Scarc, Mahla, and Kiara live happily together in their beautiful 6-acre Tohir Habitat, where every day is filled with love and freedom.

Our annual Halloween fundraiser helps us provide essential enrichment for the lions and tigers in our care — giving them fun, stimulation, and helping keep them happy and healthy.
