A year ago today, Dhubiya, Saif, Aziza, Muheeb, Shujaa and Saham were in Kuwait needing a new home – abandoned victims of the illegal wildlife pet trade recaptured and living temporarily in Kuwait Zoo.

Today they are at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary, South Africa. With our supporters in the US celebrating Thanksgiving this week, we’d like to give thanks on behalf of these young lions with their entire lives ahead of them – together we brought them home.
