Muheeb, Saham, Shujaa, Saif, Dhubiya and Aziza have now been boarded onto their flight home.

We are on the way!

After a short layover in Doha it is on to Johannesburg and then the last leg of their journey by truck to the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary.

The Kuwait 6 lions were rescued from the illegal wildlife pet trade after being either abandoned, surrendered, or confiscated. Soon they will be home in South Africa with lots of space to run and play.

Our thanks to Kuwait Zoo for caring for them until a home was found, and to Qatar Airways Cargo for donating space for them on a cargo flight as part of their WeQare scheme.
